Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your booking are free. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service may incur a $50 short-notice fee, as our team has reserved that time for you. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

If something isn’t up to standard, simply contact us within 24 hours for general cleaning, or after your final inspection for bond cleans, and we’ll make it right — free of charge.
